Guests will enjoy two refreshing outdoor pools, an indoor pool, fitness center, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball court, snack bar, beach shuttles with a mobile tracking app, golf pro shop, and Coastal Kitchen restaurant & pub. Voted in the top 5 golf courses in Delaware by GolfWeek and Golf Magazine, Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club features a scenic Rick Jacobson designed golf course set on coastal terrain and abundant sand dunes, providing a traditional golf experience: golf as it once was, golf as it should be.

MILLVILLE BY THE SEA

During your vacation at Millville by the Sea, you’ll enjoy the Sand Dollar Pool, which includes a kids splash zone and even a designated lush lawn for sunbathing; a beach shuttle that takes you straight to Bethany Beach in the summer; a Fitness Center with everything you need to stay fit, from free weights to treadmills, and even group fitness and yoga classes; a BYOB clubhouse and pub, featuring a billiards table and Friday happy hours; sport courts to polish your bocce ball and pickleball skills; a Crab Shack with an outdoor kitchen for serving up your favorite shellfish, with a screened-in eating area to keep away those pesky flies while you enjoy your meal; parks and trails for taking in the coastal breeze as you hike through the community or nestle down for a family picnic; and last – but certainly not least – is the stunning Lake Summerwind, where you can cast a line from the fishing dock, or paddle around to watch the sunset in one of the community-provided kayaks.

OCEAN VIEW BEACH CLUB

In addition to the resort-class amenities mentioned above, guests will also enjoy a clubhouse providing sporting equipment to borrow such as pickleball rackets & balls, ping-pong paddles & balls, a bocce set, and basketballs. Exercise classes include yoga, spin, aqua toning, water aerobics, and Zumba. Massages are available by appointment. Additional fees apply and will be paid directly to the exercise and massage providers. Food trucks can be found most Friday and Sunday evenings. The beach shuttle runs Saturdays and Sundays, and also on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. Shuttles run on the half hour from the Clubhouse to Bethany Beach (first one is at 9:30 am) and on the hour from the beach (the last shuttle returns at 4 pm).

Located only 2.5 miles from Bethany Beach, Ocean View Beach Club is a treasured destination that will provide enjoyment far beyond the cluttered, noisy beach towns at a fraction of the cost and only a short drive away. You’ll also enjoy quick trips to Fenwick Island (6.5 miles), Ocean City (8 miles), and Rehoboth Beach (15 miles).

THE PRESERVE

The prestigious gated oceanfront community of The Preserve is the only single-family home community in North Bethany boasting a pool! With luxury homes perfectly nestled between the beach and wooded yards, you’ll enjoy a peaceful getaway that’s right up the road from the popular Bethany Beach Boardwalk and attractions – without all the noise & crowd pollution. Relax on the private beach, enjoy rounds of tennis on the community courts, and take romantic strolls throughout the neighborhood as you wind down in the evening.

SEA COLONY

Sea Colony is an award-winning Beach & Tennis Resort Community, featuring a half mile of private pristine beach, 12 pools (including beachfront & indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, community shuttle, playgrounds, basketball, walking and biking trails, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best US Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Known as "the best little beach in Delaware," the town of South Bethany features less than 1,500 properties and around 600 year-round residents, making it the perfect little secluded getaway that's just around the corner from everything.
