Grant Fritschle
Grant Fritschle is a locally raised second-generation Realtor with 25-years of resort area experience in both real estate rentals-and-sales businesses. His father, Mark Fritschle, was an industry leader who had an influential hand in many of the local Real Estate companies. Grant brings his own expertise to this partnership, having built a successful and well-respected vacation rental business in Ocean City City Md. Grant and the Windrows are now turning their sights and goals on providing the Delaware Beaches with a paramount Vacation Rental Company. With his unparalleled knowledge and unmistakable passion of the local real estate market to all of his businesses, Grant’s goals for Win-Le Vacation Rentals are to elevate the level of the industry, and to provide Delaware Beach area property owners and renters alike with an easy, seamless and enjoyable experience.
Erik Windrow
Erik is a true native to the resort area, having spent his entire life exploring and navigating the ‘Shore’ from Lewes Delaware down through Ocean City MD. Erik and Grant crossed paths early in their respective Real Estate careers when they worked under the mentorship of local real estate tycoon Mark Fritschle. After working alongside Mark and Grant for years, Erik branched out on his own, founding his real estate team with his wife Colleen.They quickly became one of the most successful and respected real estate teams at the beach. Erik is a true outdoor enthusiast and family man, who enjoys the vast range of perks of life at the beach. He loves saltwater fishing, duck hunting season, and sunset boat rides with his family. Erik’s passion for Win-Le Vacations stems from his belief that the Eastern Shore offers a lifestyle worth investing in, and his desire for others to experience it for themselves. His commitment to creating exceptional vacation experiences and bridge the industry gap was the catalyst for Erik to co-found this company. We want to share our community with everyone, and elevate their experience to create cherished memories.
Colleen Windrow
Colleen has called the Eastern Shore home for the last 30 years, making her mark all over the Delaware Beach communities. Colleen’s success started at the Carl M. Freeman Companies, as their Marketing Director, where she helped build and brand the Bayside community on Rt 54. Thereupon Colleen became a dominant force, and integral piece in the growth at ResortQuest Real Estate. Colleen’s newest chapter started when she and her husband Erik joined forces growing a benchmark real-estate team that serves all of the Maryland and Delaware beaches. Colleen, Erik, and their three children are avid outdoor enthusiasts, frequently indulging in everything that our beaches have to offer. Her goal in co-founding Win-Le Vacations was to offer Coastal Delaware a locally owned company with integrity, professionalism, and a genuinely caring nature in all aspects of the business. Ultimately, a company we could all be proud of.
