Congratulations - you'll never have to search for another vacation rental ever again, because you've just found the best little spot you'll ever need!

Located only half a block from the beach in the heart of Fenwick Island, this quaint beach cottage features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. There is a full kitchen, a washer & dryer, a spacious front porch for enjoying the cool breezes coming off the ocean at night, an outdoor shower, and private parking for 2 vehicles.

The location doeasn't get any better than this. If you thought being half a block from the beach was all there was to brag about, get ready for more... all of these are next door or right across the street: Candy Kitchen, the Fenwick Island Boardwalk, Kohr Bros Ice Cream, Fisher's Popcorn, Grab 'n Go Taco, Thunder Lagoon water park and go-karts, mini golf, Fenwick Island Bike rental shop, and last but not least, The North Ocean City bus terminal.

This property has 3 televisions; they do not have cable. All TV's have built-in streaming.

General note: Many of our rental properties do not have cable packages, but they are equipped with HDMI ports for plug-in streaming devices (such as Amazon FireSticks or Roku sticks). While some TVs have built-in streaming services that do not require a plug-in device, we cannot guarantee this feature on all televisions and therefore we recommend if streaming content is important to you, that you bring your own streaming devices/sticks to be safe.

DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX

Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.

MISCELLANEOUS

Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 2 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) reusable/disposable dish cloth, (2) dishwasher pods, (2) laundry pods, (1) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioner, (1) mini bar soap, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (2) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (1) tube travel size toothpaste, (1) travel size hand lotion, and (1) travel size hand sanitizer. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.

The maximum occupancy is 6 people.

No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
