This professionally decorated, rancher-style single family home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 7 people - with a bonus room that can sleep 2 more! There is a full kitchen with a coffee bar, a dining room draped in daylight, an ensuite primary bedroom, a laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer, a garage setup as a game room with a ping-pong table, and a backyard with all the fixins: plenty of seating, gas grill, a fire pit, and an outdoor bar with a TV!

TELEVISIONS

Many of our rental properties do not have cable packages, but they are equipped with HDMI ports for plug-in streaming devices (such as Amazon FireSticks or Roku sticks). While some TVs have built-in streaming services that do not require a plug-in device, we cannot guarantee this feature on all televisions and therefore we recommend if streaming content is important to you, that you bring your own streaming devices/sticks to be safe.

Keenwik Sound is located immediately off the Route 54 corridor and is only 5 minutes from both Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches - and with Bethany Beach less than 10 miles away, you'll have the best of all worlds with access to 3 of the area's finest beach towns. Guests at Keenwick Sound get to enjoy a refreshing outdoor pool and boat/kayak launch ramp with no added fees!

Nearby you'll find multiple grocery and convenience stores, some of the area's top restaurants, and a couple of fan favorites just down the road: Fisher's Popcorn and Grab & Go Taco!

MISCELLANEOUS

Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 7 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 2 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (2) reusable/disposable dish cloths, (3) dishwasher pods, (3) laundry pods, (2) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioners, (2) mini bar soaps, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (4) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (2) tubes travel size toothpaste, (2) travel size hand lotions, and (2) travel size hand sanitizers. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.

The maximum occupancy is 7 people.

There is parking for 3 vehicles.

No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
