Many of our rental properties do not have cable packages, but they are equipped with HDMI ports for plug-in streaming devices (such as Amazon FireSticks or Roku sticks). While some TVs have built-in streaming services that do not require a plug-in device, we cannot guarantee this feature on all televisions and therefore we recommend if streaming content is important to you, that you bring your own streaming devices/sticks to be safe.

Located only 5 miles from the Fenwick Island Beach and less than 10 miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk - and with Ocean City, MD right around the corner - Bayside provides a level of luxury, peace, convenience, and comfort that cannot be found anywhere else.
Amenity badges are available for an additional charge of $95 per person for 7 consecutive days, or $60 per person for 3 consecutive days. If purchased or modified 7 days or less prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $5 per pass. Children 4 and under who are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge. Amenity Fees are charged by the Bayside Community HOA; Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not set or control prices and therefore they are non-negotiable. There will be no refunds issued for unused, lost, or stolen passes. Resort passes can be picked up from the Health & Aquatic Club during business hours (7AM to 7PM). Win-Le Vacation Rentals collects the fees on behalf of the HOA but is not involved in the operation of, or responsible for, the Bayside Amenities.
Golf privileges are available at an additional cost. Contact Bayside directly to reserve tee times. Per Bayside HOA Rules, renters are only permitted to use golf carts on the golf course; use throughout the residential roads and sidewalks of the community is not permitted.

Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 10 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 2 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) reusable/disposable dish cloth, (2) dishwasher pods, (2) laundry pods, (1) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioner, (1) mini bar soap, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (2) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (1) tube travel size toothpaste, (1) travel size hand lotion, and (1) travel size hand sanitizer. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.
The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
Occupants must utilize all available private parking (garage, driveway) before using any available street parking.
No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

Absolutely stunning! Our stay at Lily By The Shore was beyond perfect. The house itself was beautifully appointed, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the rental property's kid-friendly accommodations were a lifesaver, making our family getaway convenient and enjoyable for all ages. The community amenities were incredible - from the sparkling pools to the well-equipped gym and the scenic golf course. We loved dining at 38 Degrees Coastal Eatery overlooking the bay - the views were breathtaking, especially at sunset! Plus, being just a short 10-minute drive from the beach made it incredibly convenient. This place truly offers the best of both worlds: relaxation and recreation. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in style!
