Enter into the foyer and take the stairs to the spacious main 2nd floor, which features 2 bedrooms, along with 2 full bathrooms, plus a 3rd floor loft setup as another sleeping area. Enjoy golf course views from nearly every window and over 1,600 square feet with a spacious, well-equipped kitchen (including a breakfast nook), a large dining area, and a cozy living room with plenty of board games for the family. There's a full size washer and dryer to handle all your beach towels and laundry. The kitchen includes a drip-style + a Keurig coffee maker to satisfy every type of coffee enthusiast. The enclosed porch is perfect for keeping out of the sun while enjoying the views of the beautifully manicured golf course - and there's a balcony + a front porch with brand new, comfy rocking chairs, as well!

Note: While many of our rental properties do not have cable packages on some or all TV's, they are usually equipped with HDMI ports for plug-in streaming devices (such as Amazon FireSticks or Roku sticks). Voted in the top 5 golf courses in Delaware by GolfWeek and Golf Magazine, Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club features a scenic Rick Jacobson designed golf course set on coastal terrain and abundant sand dunes, providing a traditional golf experience: golf as it once was, golf as it should be.

Amenity Passes are required for use of the community amenities. They can be purchased upon arrival from the Bear Trap Dunes HOA. 2024 Passes are $55 per person, per week. Children age 3 and under are free. There are no refunds of any kind for passes purchased. Golf privileges are available at an additional cost.

DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX

Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.

MISCELLANEOUS

Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 2 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) reusable/disposable dish cloth, (2) dishwasher pods, (2) laundry pods, (1) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioner, (1) mini bar soap, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (2) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (1) tube travel size toothpaste, (1) travel size hand lotion, and (1) travel size hand sanitizer. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.

The maximum occupancy is 6 people.

There is a parking limit of 2 vehicles, in accordance with community rules.

No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

You will receive your digital arrival packet via email 9 days prior to arrival. This email will contain important information like your door code and community rules. It is your responsibility to notify Win-Le Vacation Rentals if you have not received your door code prior to your arrival. A hard copy of the arrival packet, and other important information, will be provided inside the home during your stay.

Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
