INTRODUCTION

This spacious 4-bedroom home in the esteemed Sea Colony Resort is the vacation destination your family has been dreaming of. Offering beautiful lake views, you'll enjoy the wildlife of the Delaware shore from inside the home or while relaxing on the screened-in porch.

The first floor welcomes you with an open floor plan featuring a large great room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, powder room, and primary suite. On the 2nd floor, there is a 2nd ensuite bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms, a full bath, and a loft area for relaxing.

TELEVISIONS

Many of our rental properties do not have cable packages, but they are equipped with HDMI ports for plug-in streaming devices (such as Amazon FireSticks or Roku sticks). While some TVs have built-in streaming services that do not require a plug-in device, we cannot guarantee this feature on all televisions and therefore we recommend if streaming content is important to you, that you bring your own streaming devices/sticks to be safe.

AMENITIES & USAGE FEES

Sea Colony is an award-winning Beach & Tennis Resort Community, featuring a half mile of private pristine beach, 12 pools (including beachfront & indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, community shuttle, playgrounds, basketball, walking and biking trails, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best US Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory; see bottom of listing for details.

All renters at Sea Colony are responsible for paying an Amenities Fee. This fee includes a recreation badge as well as up to two parking permits per unit. A minimum of three badges must be purchased to receive a second parking permit. Children 4 and under accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge.

MISCELLANEOUS

Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 8 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 3 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure. Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Start Kit includes (1) 1 roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (2) reusable/disposable dish cloths, (3) dishwasher pods, (3) laundry pods, (2) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioners, (2) mini bar soaps, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (4) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (2) tubes travel size toothpaste, (2) travel size hand lotions, and (2) travel size hand sanitizers. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.

The maximum occupancy is 8 people.

No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

Great family vacation place!
This home was very comfy for our entire family. The amenities were wonderful and the process was easy for renting. I highly recommend this home. The tram was an added bonus we didn’t even realize we would love!

Sea colony
We were very impressed with the amenities at sea colony- made life with little children much more enjoyable even in rainy weather. The house was lovely and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. There were a few items we were missing in the kitchen like a grater, a peeler, a coffee maker and only two mugs- but that did not take away from the five stars.
